Caprese Pasta

Caprese Pasta



  • 1¼ cups pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • 10 grape tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cups chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup fresh mozzarella (cubed)


Cook pasta on high in your bonbowl for the amount specified on the package or until tender, then drain the pasta. Add tomatoes, garlic and olive oil to pasta, and cook for 3 minutes on low. Add the spinach and mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper to taste, stir and enjoy!
