Pesto Chicken Zoodles

Pesto Chicken Zoodles



  • 1 large zucchini spiralized
  • 4 oz Trader Joe’s Kale Cashew Basil Pesto
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup pre-cooked chicken chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 12 cherry or grape tomatoes chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


Heat olive oil in your bonbowl on medium. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook for an additional 1½ minutes. Add pesto and chicken, mix and then cook for 1-2 minutes. Add zucchini noodles and saute and additional 1-2 minutes on medium until the zoodles start to soften. Top with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
