Sausage & Egg Scrambler

 

Egg scrambler

A tasty breakfast with a super simple cleanup!


 

Ingredients

3 large eggs

½ of a green or red bell pepper

2 tablespoons of chopped onions 

2 tablespoons of chopped mushrooms

1 smoked sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces

Shredded cheese

 

 

Directions

Add peppers, onions, mushrooms and sausage to the bowl with olive oil and saute on medium for 5 minutes.  Crack eggs into the bowl over the veggies and mix vigorously so the eggs become scrambled. Cook on medium for 2 minutes.  Then add cheese, mix and cook for 2 more minutes.  Finish the scrambler by topping it off with your favorite hot sauce!
