Quick Cherry Tomato and Spinach Pasta

Cook time: 15 minutes


  • ½ cup of pasta (penne or bowtie)
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup of fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Garlic (optional)


Add pasta and dash of salt to the bonbowl bowl with 1 cup of water (filled to the line where the metal bowl ends). Set bonbowl to cook on medium for 12 minutes.  While the pasta is cooking, halve the tomatoes and tear the spinach into smaller pieces. When the pasta is done cooking, strain the water and then add the tomatoes, spinach, olive oil and garlic, then mix. Add the parmesan cheese and salt/pepper to taste.
