Bonbowl Return Policy

Bonbowl will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase or receipt. Returned product should be unused and undamaged. If product is used or damaged, it can be subject to a restocking fee. To submit a return or exchange, fill out the form below. If sending a returned item, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If you believe that the product is defective in any way, please see the warranty information below.

Bonbowl Warranty Policy - Defective or Damaged Product

Limited One Year Warranty - Cooktop

Bonbowl, LLC warrants the cooktop product against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a one year period after the original purchase date.

The cooktop warranty is only valid for:
○ The original customer.
○ A product that has been purchased through authorized retailers.
○ A product with the original receipt for proof of purchase to make your warranty claim.
○ Products purchased and used within the United States.

The warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from:
○ Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
○ Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage.
○ Operation with cookware other than official Bonbowl cookware purchased through an authorized retailer.
○ Failure to follow the cleaning instructions or storage instructions.
○ Failure to comply with the safeguards listed in the safeguards and operating instruction sections of this document.

○ Use with any other type of cooktop or cooking appliance other than the official Bonbowl cooktop.
○ Heating of the cookware with no contents, or dry heating.
○ Failure to follow the cleaning instructions or storage instructions.
○ This warranty does not cover the non-stick coating.
○ Failure to comply with the safeguards listed in the safeguards and operating instruction sections of this document.
