Protein Thai Pasta
Try this quick recipe with protein pasta.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups protein rotini pasta
- 2 cups water
- ¾ cups sugar snap peas (ends removed)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Red pepper flakes
- Chopped peanuts (optional)
Directions
Cook pasta in water on high for 7 minutes in your bonbowl. Add sugar snap peas and cook for an additional 4 minutes on high, then drain the water. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and peanut butter then stir. Add red pepper flakes to taste, and sprinkle with some chopped peanuts for an extra crunch if desired!
