Chicken Enchilada Bowl



Chicken Enchilada Bowl

Cook time: 10 minutes



  • 1/2 cup of pre-cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce
  • 1 package of Uncle Ben's Ready Rice Spanish Style
  • 1/4 cup of black beans
  • 1/2 an avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of Mexican blend shredded cheese



Set bonbowl to medium for 10 minutes and press start.  Add chicken and enchilada sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes.  Then add package of rice and beans, heat while occasionally mixing for 5 minutes.  Top it off with cheese and finish heating.  Add sliced avocado and enjoy!
