Chicken Enchilada Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of pre-cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce
- 1 package of Uncle Ben's Ready Rice Spanish Style
- 1/4 cup of black beans
- 1/2 an avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Mexican blend shredded cheese
Directions
Set bonbowl to medium for 10 minutes and press start. Add chicken and enchilada sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes. Then add package of rice and beans, heat while occasionally mixing for 5 minutes. Top it off with cheese and finish heating. Add sliced avocado and enjoy!
